Payment & cancellation policy

Payment can be made electronically via bank transfer link (preferred), or using Contactless with a standard UK bank account card (Visa or Mastercard). Payment can be made prior to, or at your appointment.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, this can be done up to 48 hours before. If less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given, unfortunately the full fee will still be charged. In the case of exceptional circumstances or emergencies, discretion may be used.

If you fail to attend 2 sessions without contacting me, I will not be in a position to offer any more sessions, unless there are exceptional circumstances explaining the absence.

Please attend your session on time. If you are running late please let me know, but be aware that our session will still finish at the normal time, despite starting later than usual.
