Can walk 8+ miles with a backpack on hilly terrain

I will increase my fitness to be able to walk 8+ miles by June!

Maybe I'm not fit enough at the moment, but would like to go on easier escapes to the hills

What is your level of hiking experience?

I am comfortable on high rocky ground

I am comfortable with hillwalking with no exposure

I prefer to stay on low and level paths

What is the reason for your interest?

I like the idea of walking and talking in the hills

I'm looking for a group trip

I'd like to go on guided walks in the Lake District

I am suffering a current mental health issue and I think this would help
